Each year, Moyle Consulting helps more than 180 clients with their pay strategies. We help to determine individual role benchmarks, revise remuneration structures, set incentive and bonus schemes, long-term incentive plans and all other aspects of strategic remuneration policy.
 
Our clients are wide and varied and include listed companies, public sector organisations, crown entities, trade organisations, private companies, sporting bodies and not-for-profit organisations and co-operatives, in both New Zealand and Australia.
 
For more than 20 years, recruitment company Sheffield provided these tailored recognition and reward solutions for companies, public sector agencies, sporting bodies, not-for-profit organisations and many other employers.
 
In June 2009 Moyle Consulting Limited was formed to take over Sheffield’s remuneration consulting. Moyle Consulting is owned and operated by Jarrod Moyle who was manager of Sheffield’s remuneration consulting service for two-and-a-half years, having previously worked on the remuneration consulting team for six years.
 
Moyle Consulting is committed to providing the same high-quality remuneration research and reporting processes and service. Moyle Consulting uses the same database, processes and personnel to provide the same high standard of service.
