Right now we are looking to add a Senior Remuneration Consultant to our team to continue our growth. With significant expertise in remuneration gained in consulting or in-house remuneration specialist roles you will be comfortable advising on remuneration issues to both large corporates and mid-sized companies. You must have excellent business development skills and preferably a well established network amongst remuneration decision makers. You will be responsible for the complete delivery of consulting projects including remuneration strategy, incentive plans and surveys.
We are after someone with plenty of ideas and a desire to contribute to the shape of a growing business. As a member of Moyle Consulting you won’t be held back by the bureaucracy of a large corporate, and will have the autonomy to lead new initiatives. Plus, you’ll have the freedom to choose your own hours, and can work from our central Auckland hub or from your own home.
