Jarrod Moyle - Managing Director

Jarrod started his career in remuneration when he joined Sheffield in 2003. Three years later he became manager of Sheffield's Reward Practice. In June 2009 Jarrod launched Moyle Consulting, which took over Sheffield’s remuneration products and services. Jarrod oversees production of the remuneration surveys, provides tailored remuneration reviews for executives and directors in a variety of New Zealand organisations, regularly writes articles on remuneration and speaks at industry conferences and events. When not at work he is likely to be playing lacrosse, diving, snowboarding or spending time with his wife and two boys.

Sherry Maier - Senior Consultant

Sherry joined Sheffield in 2004 to lead the Reward Practice and in 2005 she launched the Sheffield Director Remuneration Survey. In 2006 Sherry stepped back from the manager role to become a senior consultant – a role she has continued since joining Moyle Consulting as a founding staff member. Sherry specialises in advising clients on non-executive director remuneration issues and continues to champion the Director Remuneration Survey. When not at work Sherry is probably tramping with her husband in some exotic location in New Zealand or overseas or just walking her dogs Beau and Chica along the beach.

Craig Cameron - Consultant

Craig joined Sheffield in 2005 as a finance assistant, before becoming a remuneration analyst in 2006. Eighteen months later Craig was promoted to remuneration consultant and he became a founding staff member of Moyle Consulting in 2009. Craig has been involved with almost all of our market remuneration surveys and regularly provides tailored remuneration benchmark reports for a variety of clients. When not at work, Craig can be found looking after his garden or chipping away at his home renovation projects.

Debbie King - Administration Manager

Debbie joined Sheffield in 1995 and became a founding staff member of Moyle Consulting in 2009. With her wealth of experience Debbie manages the production of all of our surveys from the initial mail-out to producing the final report. Debbie also keeps all our databases up to date, keeps the other staff on track and manages the company administration. When not at work, Debbie is usually cheering her two kids on in their various sporting endeavours.

Coralie Moyle - Finance Director

From 2003 to 2007 Coralie worked in taxation services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since joining Moyle Consulting at its inception in June 2009 she has been managing the company’s finances and keeping a close eye on Jarrod's spending. When not at work, Coralie will be running around a netball court, running around after her two young boys, or running around after her husband.

Stephanie Bond - Consultant

Stephanie was part of the Sheffield Reward team from 2007 to 2009 working as a remuneration analyst and remuneration consultant. After a period with another remuneration consulting company Stephanie joined the Moyle Consulting team in January 2010. Stephanie is the Editor of Rem On-Demand and leads our Not for Profit and Property Remuneration Surveys. She is also regularly involved in tailored remuneration benchmark reports for clients across a wide range of industries. When not at work, Stephanie is likely to be out running or curled up with a good book.

John Avery LLB - Advisory Board Member

John is a fulltime director having previously been a commercial lawyer for 35 years.

Current and former directorships have being held across a wide spectrum from listed entities to start ups and not for profits and likewise across a wide range of industries including retailing, contracting and the leisure sectors.

Current directorships include The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Ltd, Regional facilities Auckland Ltd, Spider Tracks Ltd,Fund Managers Auckland Ltd , Signify Ltd and a not for profit, The New Zealand School of Dance.

Former directorships include The Warehouse Group Limited, Independent Timber Merchants Ltd, Snowplanet Ltd and The Royal New Zealand Ballet

John was a longstanding partner in law firm Hesketh Henry including tenure as both Managing Partner and Chairman. He also served as Chairman of an umbrella organisation, The Lawlink Group Ltd.

John’s interests include sport in general, golf, reading overseas newspapers and community activities
